Sandy got her start by working for her father, an optometrist on weekends. He taught her many skills, the proper adjustment of frames, repairing of frames, through her college and after she decided that this was the job for her. When her father's heath failed, she work for another optometrist. She decided she wanted to have her own license to be able to work independently as an optician and contact lens fitter. In 1989, she became licensed, and has enjoyed serving the Fairfax City Community ever since.

I proudly maintain my American Board of Opticians Association Certificate and Opticians Association of Virginia Certificate of Membership.
